It has been a few days or weeks since my last entry. I have played ball a few times and my outside shot has really improved with the weight lifting. The vertical leap training is coming along also and I would love to meet my goal by dunking by Dec 16th, 2008. I better start practicing dunking on 9 and 9.5 more if I want to be able to do it. I have changed my lifting schedule up some and starting working out with a few buddies of mine. It is really cool to have someone there to push you and I enjoy seeing them with our busy schedules. We work out legs Tuesday and Thursday and upper body on M, W, F. I am still doing my polymetric training and playing ball twice. Seems like a lot, but it is working well with all my supplements I am taking. My body is really changing in a good way with the weight training and the supplements I am using. My weight has also increased as I stated in the earlier post. Going to rest the body this weekend and hit it hard next week and the test again after that. I really, really need to get a few more inches of vertical to stay on track for a mid December dunk!
