I have an 27inch vertical and im 6'2 and can touch rim i bought the boflex home gym and been working out improving my core strength and im going to buy the weight vest or the new jumpsoles which one do you think is better for increasing my vertical im getting ready to go to college and i plan on starting at point guard position or shooting guard i know that its gonna take hard work and dedication and im ready to take on any challenge and i need to be able to dunk to complete every aspect of my game im trying to get nba scouts to take a look at me so that i can be the next nba player in history so what do you think could increase my vertical
