Still Chipping away at it. Changed a few things up

It has been a few days or weeks since my last entry. I have played ball a few times and my outside shot has really improved with the weight lifting. The vertical leap training is coming along also and I would love to meet my goal by dunking by Dec 16th, 2008. I better start practicing dunking on 9 and 9.5 more if I want to be able to do it. Luke Lowry

As some of you along with me, got this super secret email masterclass series, by JumpUSA, and Luke Lowry, I came to a conclusion. first blog

just got some wack email from jump USA, but im sworn to secrecy and would have to kill you if I told you more (any one else get it), hoping to get my vert up more soon though, I want to dunk from the free throw line by the end of the season, started working on my two foot take off witch has improved alot, lookin forward to the upcoming season and throwing it down on some noobs *(now to work on my shooting some more)*.

Nov 4th

Worked out and played a few times in between last blog and today. I am seeing results more and more in the weight training. My game has really stepped up also. Little by little it continues to grow. I have really really enjoyed he weight training due to the quick results I have seen. Arms are bigger, and legs are bigger also.
