So most, if not all have seen the kind of basketball mike and kobe played, and its hard to denie that both are in the top 5 of best ever. I just started a new workout Monday. I didn't feel my back muscles being worked then, but i do now. i am still sore , so i have to decrease my weight today. i am aiming to dunk 10" by next year. so far i am close.

i didn't have a good spring break. i mean, it was decent, but it could have been better. i played basketball for two days out of the week. i worked out on my abs which aren't visible yet. i also gained about ten pounds of muscle in that week. how did i do it? i really don't know.
