Ive stopped air alert and ive started squatting and stuff. I was dunking 2 hand easy enough but i sprained my ankle and i lost a lot but im barely dunking 2 handed now. Im like 6'2 and still growing so im hoping to be able to do some nasty shit next year. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFK2jYnsTnA thats some of my highlights from sophmore year but i got lot more athletic. Im lookin into some d3 schools too like Manhattanville and Tufts. And i actually visited tufts and the coach likes me alot so stuffs good. ive dunked in some pickup games but im hopin to dunk in a real game soon. Tell me how u think my vid is

i got my vert up a bit naturally from growin and stuff, i can almost dunk two handed, hopefully for my season ill be able to dunk in game. High school good my coach shouldve played me more but i still did go my high was 11 points but its only sophmore year. we won leagues and i made a nasty key drive that the newspaper talked about in my quarterfinal game over this 6'5 kid who dunks all the time so its ok. ya five days a week seems kinda crazy but its better now. Does ur knee still hurt often? If it doesnt' then if u get springbaks and addthickness to ur carpet it will probably help alot

i just typed in airalert.com and it said at the top air alert version 4. Also, if ur knees hurt u might wanna get springbak insoles, they lessen the shock in landing. I think its the same thing basically as AA 3 but it has Air alert advanced in this one

Im actually doing air alert 4. Its 3 days a week. I do it in my basement with a rug. My knees don't really hurt. Im getting these springbak insoles to help. They increase vert like 2-3 inches but they take shock off of landing so u don't get hurt in the knees as easily.
