thats pretty sick , my program well i pretty much did it on my own , my own workout was just a bunch of ab workouts , leg extentions , jumping to try to dunk everyday, and thats pretty much it , but if you want to look down to the rim , do air alert 2 and i believe you , anything is possible with hops
