Train with two days off and three days off and two days off.....; - )
For Example Wednesday and Sunday OR Monday and Thursday OR Tuesday and Sunday. Guess you will get used to the Rhythm slowly. The Results will show up when you eat healthy and keep your training aim in Mind.
If you get comfortable with it you can use your weightstuff. But don´t waste your energy with it.
For Example you guess you can take a exercise into one stairs exercise off day.
Get in motion and touch with the trainrhythm and be comfortable with your results then set a new aim with your Weightstuff my friend.

Yes I can send some Vert Programs but first practice with the Stair program One hour two times a week and play basketball on other days. I guess you then won´t need my Vert Program anymore..... Bu Ke Chi .....; - )

Wish big success. And yes Two Feet, One Foot, 360° and similar stuff (also as Jumpshot Two Feet, One Foot 360°) but I´am a much more better and stylish ballhandler and finisher. Do you have a low Rim in your area? If you do make sure you are comfortable with your dunks. Otherwise it would just hurt and you won´t have fun.
Have fun and enjoy your exercises. I did and most of all still do xD

Yes of course. Use Close Feet, One Foot Front one Foot normal Stance - Hops, One Foot, Wide Stance. Please be creative! And to intense the Developement repeat your own Vertprogram by adding one Stairs at a time. Please respond my friend!
