i think if i do this program now my knees will still hurt. It is similar to air alert but why wont this program hurt my knees...is it because the fewer amount of reps. Also if my knees are hurtin how long should i wait before i start that program
Rex i am currently doin my own plyo program but it is mainly the air alert workout. I am doing it 3 days a week but my knees are pretty sore, they've always been pretty bad cuz i always play long and hard...shoot the way they feel now i dont know if id even be able to play pickup. isnt dunk now pretty much the same as air alert. what do u think bout jumpsoles.
