who thinks has the best vertical program

can anyone tell us about their best vertical program, the excercise they do and the result they get from it

I dont acctualy follow any specific program, I just address my week points, you should practice one and two foot take offs. but I usually do some one foot squats and calf raises and such, just make sure to work out every other day at least, you can also use jump aids like ankle weights, and jump soles.
