yea i can dunk...i didnt do anything special 2 tell u tha truth..couple of years ago i always played in jeans and timbs...then tha next year i started playin more serious and we made a bet who can dunk and i was just playin around but i made it though...then i just started playin everyday...jumpin everyday but u need 2 take rest as well so ur calfs and legs can rest...so i really cant help all that much
im 5'9 and i can catch an ally.....all i did was walk on ma toes around the house because ma house was really cold and i been doin it since i was 2 soo ma calfs developed.....jumpin isnt that much of lower body strength its more upper...do some push ups 2
