right now im just jogging , working out full body , and im not really doing hops workouts just workouts to get me stronger, sometimes i do but nothing special just leg extentions
yea, it took me well for my first dunk it took two months , then for my new dunks it took a summer , usually every summer i gain 2-4 inches i started off at 28 inches , now im 40 inches, just got to have motivation , and dedication

thats cool man , my secrets well , all i can really say , any workout you do , do it fast , and go hard at it , fast workouts equal fast twitch muscles, like calves raises try doing 50 in a minute , or if you go to a gym , do fast reps of leg extentions, ive never done squats , but ive done calve raises with weights that works pretty good , also crunches with a 25 weight on your chest , a great core will extremley help your hops , any more questions just ask me , rob da snowman , or midy mouse

well i did jumpsoles for a little while but i only did that so i could touch the rim , after that i did my own workout and got better results, whats your vert man?
