I'm 15 yrs old. My names adam, and i love playing basketball. My dad started for the razorbacks when the triplets were there.He was also invited to be a highschool mcdonalds all american but he turned it down for the arkansas all star game, my dads 6'6 and so is my brother so i will hopefully be tall. Currently I'm 5'11 and can dunk on 10 foot goal. I love the bulls and i love ben wallace i don't know why just always have, i guess it's that me and him are both good at blocking shots. I play the wing position, and like to take it inside and post up. I beleive the pain is worth the prize....thats who i am.

hey no i didn't but i thought it was a good picture. so i put it up but on our last game of the year against our rival teams i dunked it like 4 times in warm ups lol it was awesome
well i see you have the Phi Slamma Jamma program.. personally i gained pretty well from this .. but you'd have to find out what your main weakness is and thats how you'll gain the most.... but when training your legs for higher vertical, dont just leave it at your legs.. your abs/ back/ lower back are all very important.. its a full body function, thats why exercises such as power cleans and other compound exercises are good ... but make sure u work everythin, ankles,hips ( very big part in jumping ), legs (of course) abs (should be worked everyday), back, shoulders, get the proprioceptors and piut them in the very first hole at the very front of the jumpsoles, and that works your toes... work everything, but find out what your weakness is and work on that, and cut down on training your strong points too much and allow time for the rest of your body to be stronger
