Ways to improve Your verticle ?

This Blog is for those who want to mail me, some ways to build my verticle. Im 5'ft 10in.....16 years old.....and can grab the rim. I have a pair of jump soles, I also have a squat bar and bench press. I just need some Guidence on how to use it!

I have gained some verticle but im not sure if it came from jumpsoles or not.

Before i got the jump sole, i did about 300 calf raises on a chair almost every week day Plus i ran cross country (thats feild and track sports) for my school. I also did alot of stretching. Before you know it was grabing the rim.

I got jumpsoles, And I dont really see an improvement now, except for tired legs. and hurt ankle!

so now im going to try Mixing my weight training with my polymetrics traning, and see what i Get!

yo man, if you wanna jump higher, one of the best ways is to simply practice jumping with or without the jumpsoles, also check out this site for some good excercises. www.stackmag.com
