Hi,

Being a former AAU basketball player my biggest goal was to dunk a basketball. Because of that goal and my terrible athletic genes I started working with 3 excellent trainers such as; Gil Thomas, Marv Marinovich, and Eric Moreno. My biggest recommendation is to check out my blog at http://zerogravityavailableinmyhouse.blogspot.com/. Along w that on my blog I have provided many excellent links to help you out w your success. This is where I explain all the things they have taught me. Keep dreaming and working hard and you toom will one day dunk.

I am very curious as to your background Shaun just cuz I'm curious of everyones on here, if you've seen any of the posts I've left I'm sure you've seen I'm a personal trainer out of Boston, trying to specialize in vert jumping specifically for myself and I've read tons of the "popular online programs" aka The Vert Project and Vert Jump Bible, and Athletic Advantage, learned little things from each one but still have pretty much no vert to speak of, any help would be good I've seen your blog you ok with answering questions about it through PMs on here let me know shoot me an email mike.1283@gmail.com

Hey 2 other programs that I just came upon and am trying to see if anyone has used them or heard anything about them good or bad one was Athletes Vertical Resource - which for under $40 and inspired by Nike Sparq training seems good, and also M.V.P. Vertical Program because the guy is tying his name to Kobe Bryant and Nike. Let me know either way.
