jumpsole workout

I have jumpsole, i am 6'0. what exercises can i do at home, jumping over cones is good for me. I don't know how many sets too do and how many jumps to do to start off with. Do i work out everyday or two time a week.

Not every day, if you train with plyometrics every day, your most certain going to injure yourself, 2 - 3 times a week, not consecutive days. I recommend building a good base of strength also with squats or if no bars body weight squats before going into the higher intensity work that you'll be doing with jumpsoles.
