Jumpsoles workout for MMA fighter

Hey guys anyone got any ideas for adding jumpsole and proprioceptors to my MMa training or how frank shamrock used them ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Jump Platform

I am using the the jumping platform but the bar keeps slippingwhen I have 4 bans on. I am using lifting strps but it still slips!

Another Team Another State

Whats good yall ya boy Dominic aka " D Nice" just signed to play in San Antonio so i'll be heading that way in January. I just came back home to the Zona from Michigan to see my dad and family.
